We collect the email address you use to sign up, and the domain URLs you choose to audit. We store your audit results, keyword research, and rank tracking data in your account so you can access them across devices.
We do not collect browsing history, sell your data, or share your data with advertisers. Ever.
Your data is used solely to provide the Seotific service — running audits, saving results, tracking rankings. We use Supabase for data storage (EU region) with row-level security ensuring only you can access your data.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to power AI features. Prompts sent to Claude include your page content and keywords. Anthropic does not train on API data.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.
Payments are processed by Paddle. We never see or store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us — all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time. Email us at privacy@seotific.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard JWT tokens. We conduct regular security reviews.
We'll notify you of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
